WORK ON THE PROJECT
Behind every screen — a specific decision.
A project for photographer Angelina and her clients: present the work, simplify booking and connect the entire shoot journey without scattered links or manually sending every format. Updated 18 October 2026
01
Visual identity and introduction
Photography remains the main content; the interface supports its character.
Large photographs, generous spacing, contrasting typography and italic accents.
Homepage, photographer introduction, shoot types, FAQs and contact options.
Light and dark themes, responsive composition and convenient mobile actions.
Work and cover images are managed in the dashboard, keeping the presentation current.
02
Portfolio and services
Visitors discover the style and services before booking.
Categorised photographs, enlarged viewing and progressive portfolio browsing.
Shoot cards include duration, price, description, inclusions and delivery timing.
Upcoming available dates shorten the path from interest to scheduling.
Profile, images, services and pricing are managed without editing code.
03
Step-based booking and scheduling
Choices are divided into short, understandable steps.
Shoot type, available date and time, customer details and booking review.
Working days, days off, standard time slots and per-day settings.
The photographer’s calendar shows availability and supports manual bookings.
Changes to dates and statuses are checked, with scheduling conflicts shown in the dashboard.
04
Personal shoot page
After booking, the client gets one place for the next steps.
A clear sequence: request, confirmation, shoot, editing and finished photos.
Date, time, price, shoot address and map location, plus calendar export.
Messages, change history and guidance on the next step.
Rescheduling and cancellation follow status rules, with preparation notes and a client account.
05
Photo delivery without manual resending
Uploading photographs prepares versions for different purposes.
Original quality, a mobile version, 4:5 posts and 9:16 stories.
Download individual images or a ZIP archive in the selected format.
Favourite selections and preliminary retouching choices, with the final gallery on the client page.
Gallery retention periods, expiry warnings and extensions from the dashboard.
06
Photographer dashboard
Daily operations are organised around each shoot.
Booking list, search, status filters and summary indicators.
Date, time, service, price, location and internal notes in one record.
Photo uploads by file or folder, gallery management, messages and history.
A responsive dashboard and PWA capabilities for mobile work.
07
Telegram and automation
Booking events connect to messages and reminders.
A Telegram bot is connected to the published project; owner notifications were tested during setup.
Clients can connect notifications to a booking and receive status changes.
The code includes pre-shoot reminders and review requests after delivery.
SMS requires a separate provider and setup; it is not presented as an active integration.
08
Returning clients and certificates
Added tools support the relationship after the first shoot.
Time-limited promo codes with usage limits, fixed and percentage discounts.
Returning-client discount settings.
Gift certificates: request, manual payment confirmation by the photographer and certificate code.
Star reviews and separate consent to publish a photo; payment acquiring is not automated.
09
Launch and technical foundation
The project runs on its own domain and retains operational data across restarts.
linaleeza.ru deployment, HTTPS, authenticated dashboard and server-side booking processing.
Images are processed sequentially with memory limits and temporary-upload cleanup.
Database and media backups; storage capacity depends on the hosting plan.
Public pages were checked live; private workflows were captured in an isolated copy with test bookings.
