What is stored

Your name, company name if provided, selected contact details, services, task description, timeline and budget guidance. We also store the inquiry time and technical data that protect the form from duplicate and automated submissions.

Why

To review your task, prepare for discussion and reply through your chosen channel. An inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Access and storage

Inquiries are stored in the website database. Only an authorized manager can view and manage them. To process an inquiry, its details — including name, contact and project description — are sent to the configured DELTORO team chat via Telegram. The website relies on hosting infrastructure and Telegram.

Correction and deletion

To correct your contact details or request deletion, message us on Instagram DELTORO and include the inquiry number or contact you entered. The Telegram copy is stored separately; the team handles its deletion as part of the request.

Device preferences

This version uses no third-party advertising analytics. The site respects your system’s reduced-motion preference. Your language is saved in a cookie and your colour theme in the browser’s local storage. The private studio is protected by a password and a session cookie.
